Isao

Isao Tamako is one hell of a spinxyn. He drinks, he fights, and most of all, he scares the inhabitants of Nephfei. He searches for trouble and if he can't find one, he'll make one on his own.

Though as much of a nuisance, he's got one braincell. Hence why he works with his best pal Tundra to cause mayhem. While he works with his brute force, Tundra helps him with the plans and setting up traps.

Surprisingly enough, Isao is easily calmed down with a hot glass of green tea. It makes him drowsy and he could sleep for a full 8 hours from just a cup.
