Carmen, otherwise known as Uranus, is known as a calculating, sweet-talking party-girl with a knack for everything she shouldn’t. Though she acts like an idiot, she’s always been conniving and ambitious. Preparing and training for the day she forms a contract with the great dragon Caelus since she was 13, her goals came to fruition when she was 24. She now rules over the Uranus division, both from the limelight and the shadows. She isn’t someone who should be taken lightly. She knows much more than she lets on. Carmen has a strong friendship with Camden, the ruler of the Saturn division.
