He's the boss of one of two big mafias in the Underground. [Mafias are quite legal, they make and sell drugs and organize prostitutes (which is legal) but they also sometimes kill demons (which is not legal ofc) but no one wants to be responsible so they just don't mention it anywhere. Vincent is the boss of the 2nd big mafia.]
Ethan [ flatmates? ]
Ethan didn't have any place to live so Tom asked Bruce if he can accept Ethan as his flatmate. They're living together since then. It's difficult to call this realationship friendship, it's strange, somehow romantic.
