Chihiro

Chihiro's namesake is based off of Spirited Away, a movie she caught a glimpse of when a tourist visited Aldora. Since then, she often sneaks to Ronda Beach to watch anime from behind unsuspecting teens who were dragged out of their rooms to "get some sun." 

She always wears a witch hat decorated in candy. Konpeito is her lifeline and she always carries some with her, whether it's in a secret bag she keeps in her hat or somewhere else.
