Chris, you are... certainly an interesting character in our little party. You haven't been with us as long as some of the others, but that makes no difference in how much we care for you. You've got a sharp tongue and won't hesitate to use it, especially when bantering with Tobias. You don't hesitate to speak your mind or stand your ground, and... I respect that about you.
I can say without hesitation that you and your magic have saved our lives multiple times, in various different circumstances. You're one of ours, and I can only hope that, one day, I can repay you for what you've done for us.
...dearest silver rose, what is there to say about you...?
You are easily one of the most reckless, most foolish people I've ever met in all my travels, material and celestial alike. You are endlessly knowledgeable on your magic, have unprecedented prowess and strength in battle, and yet half the time your ideas and plans chance you with death. Your morals are unpredictable and your concept of self care is nonexistent; half the time I'm the one bringing you breakfast, because you stayed up all night working on some new theorem of transmutation, or whatever it is...
...And yet... you're also one of the only reasons I'm still alive. I could never even begin to repay you for what you did for me after Astora. I don't... really know what would've happened to me if you hadn't helped me. I'm not quite sure if I'd like to, either.
I care about you, a lot. More than I ever thought I would. You know that already. I take great enjoyment in our sparring matches, as you are always a formidable opponent to cross blades with. And when your humor strikes you, there are few people who can make me laugh harder.
I'll stay by your side as long as I'm able, as it's been truly an honor to do so thus far.
Ahhh, yes, Schrody. One of Tobias's students. It makes sense that I'd run into one of his own someday, given his past as a scholar, but I'll concede to it being a bit of a surprise when that little goblin called him by his last name. And don't even get me started on figuring out who he was working with...
Schrody is just as voracious in his studies as Tobias is, if their time locked up in his room reading means anything... and, at times, he is just as reckless as his predecessor. But he's also just as formidable a wizard and ally in his own right, and I'm glad I got the chance to meet him and fight by his side.
...I wonder... if Tobias weren't with us, would he have ended up like Schrody at some point...?
