Lead journalist for the RJC! (Renegade Journalism Club is absolutely NOT school sanctioned or approved) but officially part of the school newspaper club. She finds the TRUTH using her wit (she's got like 2 braincells) Tenacity (tends to jump from story to story, whichever is usually juicier) and Unwavering focus (she is easily bribed to go away or keep a secret with money or food) to bring the TRUE story (lack of exciting scandal leads to mostly tabloid articles) to the students of PVHS!
Appearance: Shinobu is very clearly japanese with straight black hair pulled into a ponytail. the bangs on the right side of her head are longer and dyed white with other white streaks in her hair. her eyes are a rich green and she always wears a pair of equipment gloves and her press lanyard. Other: she is the head journalist for the PVHS Newspaper club and founder of the sub-division; the PVHS Renegade Journalism Club
