Roche in plain terms is.. scary. She is the owner of a very infamous casino, but the casino is a place of business and is basically a front for what Roche truly does. Although the details of her side gigs aren't entirely known, there are various rumors of things she has done for her 'business' and her clan. She's been known to be extremely controlling over situations and deals, hating hearing people saying no to propositions or to try to one up her as if she doesn't know what she's doing. She does, and she will make sure you are very aware of it. She has been rumored to of destroyed some pretty prominent family and other businesses who have 'wronged' her in some way through various means.

She is NOT one to really be negative towards, as she will make sure you regret it, and make sure you know she's the one whose done this to you.

Roche is disturbingly strong with her power of negation. Patrons have noted feeling slightly drained while being inside as if something or someone is taking away their abilities and powers. When it was discovered Roche was single-handedly keeping the casino under her power she was questioned and simply said it was for everyone's safety so "we didn't have a gamma punching our card dealers into a wall." It's more about the pure power fix for her, to be honest.

It's genuinely best to just avoid her altogether.
