Spikeleaf is an ex-Ranger-become-community-cat. They're part of a group of cats that are all equally cared for by the local humans. Being the only leader who allows Rangers to live a double life as pets, Honeytuft counts Spike and their ilk as Rangers within her Colony, which Spikeleaf often takes advantage of when it comes to dealing with the more unscrupulous characters in their life. Got a debt with Spikeleaf? Be prepared to deal with Jayfern and a legion of Colony cats ready to defend their fellow Ranger. Stole their food? Enjoy your last meal because the Colony of the Town will come calling. The easiest way to describe Spikeleaf is shameless con artist. They have the gift of the gab and can often be counted on to entertain Honeytuft, which is the reason that many in the Colony suspects she keeps the zany alleycat around.
