Eldritch Blast (cantrip)
A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage. The spell creates more than one beam when you reach higher levels: two beams at 5th level, three beams at 11th level, and four beams at 17th level. You can direct the beams at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each beam.
Mage Hand (cantrip)
A spectral, floating hand appears at a point you choose within range. The hand lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action. The hand vanishes if it is ever more than 30 feet away from you or if you cast this spell again.

You can use your action to control the hand. You can use the hand to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents out of a vial. You can move the hand up to 30 feet each time you use it. The hand can’t attack, activate magic items, or carry more than 10 pounds.
Dissonant Whispers (1st)
You whisper a discordant melody that only one creature of your choice within range can hear, wracking it with terrible pain.

The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 3d6 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction , if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from you. The creature doesn’t move into obviously dangerous ground, such as a fire or a pit. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and doesn’t have to move away. A deafened creature automatically succeeds on the save.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st
Invisibility (2nd)
a creature you touch becomes invisible until the spell ends. Anything the target is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on the target's person. the spell ends for a target that attacks or casts a spell.

when you cast the spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd

Ring of Spell Storing

This ring stores Spells cast into it, holding them until the attuned wearer uses them. The ring can store up to 5 levels worth of Spells at a time. When found, it contains 1d6 - 1 levels of stored Spells chosen by the DM.

Any creature can Cast a Spell of 1st through 5th Level into the ring by touching the ring as the spell is cast. The spell has no Effect, other than to be stored in the ring. If the ring can't hold the spell, the spell is expended without Effect. The level of the slot used to cast the spell determines how much space it uses.

While wearing this ring, you can cast any spell stored in it. The spell uses the slot level, spell save DC, spell Attack bonus, and Spellcasting Ability of the original caster, but is otherwise treated as if you cast the spell. The spell cast from the ring is no longer stored in it, freeing up space.

Ring of Regeneration

While wearing this ring, you regain 1d6 Hit Points every 10 minutes, provided that you have at least 1 hit point. If you lose a body part, the ring causes the missing part to regrow and return to full functionality after 1d6 + 1 days if you have at least 1 hit point the whole time.

Personality Traits

At his core Kaz is quite a friendly and enthusiastic individual. He is highly curious and a bit of a risk taker, rarely saying no to propositions that intrigue him.

Parallel to this Kaz has a tendency to be quite self-important. Rarely thinking of how his actions affect others. Instead he focuses on his personal wants and goals and strives to achieve them in whatever ways possible, even if it may be at the detriment of others.

Gnome Cunning
You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.
Fey Prescence
Your patron bestows upon you the ability to project the beguiling and fearsome presence of the fey. As an action you can cause each creature in a 10-foot cube originating from you to make a Wis saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. The creatures that fail are all charmed or frightened by you (your choice) until the end of your next turn. Once per short or long rest.
Tumbling
At 3rd level, you master a variety of acrobatic techniques that allow you to evade danger. As a bonus action, you can tumble. Misty Escape
you can vanish in a puff of mist in response to harm. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to turn invisible and teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You remain invisible until the start of your next turn or until you attack or cast a spell. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Fey Ancestry

Trivia

A Gnome By Many Names
As is common with most Gnomes, Kaz has had several monikers he's gone through in his 52 years. His name by birth was Olivander Jonagold and eventually he changed it to Kaztillian Rune when hitting adolescence beacuase he felt it was a name more suitable for a future archmage. He's also known as Senja by his grandparents as an affectionate nickname, it means "sunset" in their regional Gnomeish. Other names he's gone by are Mordecai and Thicket. Though he doesn't like Thicket.
Tome No More
While tensions rose with him and the team his patron offered to provide him the power and control he so desperately wished for, accepting this he wasn't aware of what he was giving up as well. The mirror like faceted gem on the front of the tome melded with Kaz and changed his form to now showcase eyes thet shimmer just like the gem and pointed ears. His patron however now gained more control over Kaz and revealed it's more sinister plot to him.
