I really love his design! The rainbow strands on his hair are super unique, especially for a male character, and I really like how you used the browns and blacks to make them fit in with the design rather than clash with it! Plus, his mask looks SO cool, and it definitely does make me think of a real pierrot!
I also think that the idea of him working at a carnival owned by a witch is so cool, I bet there's a lot of mixing of performance and magic going on in there. Plus, I'm always up for characters who get found and adopted after being alone for a while.
