She sounds like a very interesting character! I really like what you do have down of her story, I can see her being a nice symbolism for a want to end your old life and run away to a fancier, more fun one.
Her outfit is SO nice, I really like how the pastel yellows play off the stronger purples, and your art style really compliments her design! I particularly adore the way the lace and the folds on the dress are drawn, they make me think of those super pretty outfits made of funky fabrics that you'd wear to a fancy event, or to act at school, or to go to a party. The gem on her bow particularly calls my attention, it's very well-placed and well drawn and looks super shiny, like a star.
