Personality
In most cases, Marcellus seems very carefree and content with life; they don't seem to care about anything and always have a content smile on their face. Little does anybody know that they actually do not have the capacity to care about other people, or care about anything. The only thing they can really become emotionally invested in is the feeling of control. They are very snarky, but it is never clear whether their snark is just natural or if they're easily annoyed, as they are very stoic. Unfortunately, this lack of capacity for emotions leads for them to think they're invulnerable and have no weaknesses of the heart.
History
Marcellus was not born- Marcellus was made. They were made to be the spitting image of their father, Yail, as a sort of experiment to see if the life god could, in fact, create flesh himself. They are considered to be one of Yail's only children-- the other being their brother, Remington.
their creation was considered a joke- a satire piece by their father in a blatant attempt to make fun of Raeil, but now they rule Hym as well. Marcellus is also considered to be an Eye of Yail, meaning that at any point Yail can see the world through their eyes and even become possessed by him from time to time.
Marcellus was heavily abused when it came to having empathy by their father, and as a result, their emotions became so suppressed that they are simply a creature that understands cruelty. Remington is perhaps the only being that has been able to draw out empathy from them thus far.
