Helix is a mule criptid (species belonging to JaqueRabbit!), and a miracle of 'born and alive' status at that, considering they're a mammal/arachnid heritage hybrid. They have their fair share of health problems, but whether that's solely because of their genetics or just their lifestyle is hard to say. They had a fairly rough childhood, leading them to run away from home at the age of 15, couch hopping and overstaying their welcome at friends' homes ever since.

They have fairly good 'get rich quick' schemes, which has kept them alive and fed for the most part, but they are also prone to impulse buying... a lot. They are heavily materialistic, and have a tendency to do so when down on their luck to 'treat themself', but that can be accounted for nearly every week.

Personality-wise, Helix is extroverted and enjoys company immensely. Which is tough considering they are also quite mean and unintentionally off-putting, sometimes to the point of intimidating others. However, Helix's favorite thing to do is crack jokes. They are quite the comedic fellow, impishly and... annoyingly so. They're evidently too much of a try-hard, but for them, it's worth it if they can get a laugh out of someone every once in awhile.
