Teddy (ted)

Ted was the first cyclot experiment done by the Old one. Right after the success of puppet the old one pondered if he could go from simple controlling those under him like puppets to making them puppets.
Ted more or less stumbled into the isle at the wrong time. As their own natural cyclot ability was mutated and altered by the Old one.

From being able to animate toys to play with others. To changing others into toy.  Yet their was a cost to such a corrupt mutation. As it greatly weakened Ted physically. Nearly killing him. Yet he was to stubborn to just die. Working through the pain and the confusion making a slow recovery. Ted was let loose on the isle as the old one moved onto there next experiment.

Ted became the new means the Old one used to trick and capture new beings to test on. Teds innocent appearance letting him get incredible close to others before striking. Able to completely mind control a target and changing them into a marinate like copy of themselves forced to do his every command. Yet cus this is no longer Teds real cyclot ability but a sickly twisted version of it has a very hard limiters. Ted can no control more then 3 people at a time and the ability has a mandatory 24 hour reset. If  person can get out of Ted reach… or if Ted forgets to reaply his ability. The person will change back and have there own free will back. This small hindrance was never an issue for Ted whn in service to the Old one. As after only 6 hours most he turned where already in cells.

How ever after he was forced to flee the isle in the wake of 404 Attack. This limit soon came to be Teds biggest weakness. Sort of a jerk he often had to use his ability to get others to stick around him. Most often leaving or attacking him when he forgot to reapply the ability. Out on his own and still a jerk. Ted does his best hopping around area’s staying alive and staying out of 404 attention as well as other more powerful beings he know would either kill him or use him as he so often uses others.

His current bother is a cyclot called Spade who he likes to bother thinking them a wreckless gaurdion
