Lux left the Bleak Barrens when his brother, Judge, went off to the City Limits for a job. Judge had brought Lux along, wanting to perhaps toughen him for the world he'd have to face. Judge would very much regret this however, when Lux decided to stay with the man who had hired Judge in the first place. Lux seems very out of his element in the Shack, a crazed "everything goes" kind of drug den, and Judge is deterimined to "rescue" Lux back from it. But Lux is determined to stay with his two spouses.
