Terms of service for all my designs whether they’re adopts, customs, or traded designs by me! Please read everything carefully! Thank you! <3

REDESIGN POLICY

-You may redesign a character from me, and you do not need permission to do so. However, please note that you cannot alter the design to the point where it’s unrecognizable to the original. If you are unsure, please ask.

-You may alter the character’s gender presentation and expression. Please do not use this as an excuse to use the character in a  transphobic manner.

-You may alter the character’s body type and shape as well.

-You may not lighten human characters’ skintones

-You may alter an anthro design to have a human/kemono appearance, and vise-versa.

-You may alter an anthro design to be a slightly different species (like from cat —> fox. please see design use section for closed species usage)

-If the design is a spellhound, please refer to the spellhound rules in the group! You may NOT change the spellhound design to a non-spellhound one-off character without explicit permission from me (doing this will require redesigning completely to remove the spellhound traits, however, and once done you cannot make the design a spellhound again, so please keep that in mind).

DESIGN USE POLICY

-You may use them for personal use, sonas, mascots, role play, etc. 

-For commercial use, please note me and we can work something out.

-You may not use my designs for illegal & immoral fetishistic NSFW purposes (CP/pedophilia, incest, etc). This will be an autoban and an automatic block. 

-You may not use my designs for hate speech, sexism, racism, anti-LGBTQ+, alt-right ideologies, etc.

-If the original design is a one off, you may use the design to making it a CS character in the future (e.g. you have a one-off design from me and decide to make it into a spellhound with an MYO slot), but of course please check with other CS MYO policies if they allow these types of MYOs. Please note if they require permission, you don’t need to ask Me and this will be permission enough and you can go ahead!

-Do not use my designs if you are anti-LGBT, are exclusionist (TERFS, etc). Please refer to my DNI section for more info.

TRADE/SELL POLICY

-You may sell a design if you have PURCHASED the design in question. (Whether you commissioned a custom or bought an adopt for money). If bought with points, you may ONLY resell in points.
-You may only resell for the original price it was purchased plus any commissioned artwork. Note it is commission artwork ONLY and art trades and your own art do not count.
-If you were traded a design, you may not resell it UNLESS you have commissioned art of it. The worth will be how much you’ve spent on commissions. Art trades, your own art cannot contribute to its worth, but you’re more than welcome to consider resale+non monetary add-ons for your design.
-If the design was gifted to you, you may not trade it unless you’ve added extra art (this can be your own art or someone else’s).



BREAKING THESE RULES ONCE WILL BE GIVEN A WARNING. BREAKING THE RULES TWICE WILL BE A PERMANENT BLACKLIST AND BLOCK.
