Hoax

Hoax is a paralogos with a personality like used-car salesman, he's harmless but is very much in tune with his word focus. He will try to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge, tell you fibs, and glue antlers to taxidermy. Despite his flippant relationship with the truth, Hoax is very serious about investigating various hoaxes, and even though he will lie to your face initially, he also serious about debunking hoaxes and loves to show how they were achieved. When it comes to harmful hoaxes, Hoax has a zero tolerance policy, and he's very serious about it. He has a valued place at New Horizons University as a debunker, and works tirelessly keeping up with new hoaxes in the world of Lingua.

Ties

Nessie - Friend
Hoax and Nessie are very different as far as Paralogos go, but get along well enough, Nessie can get Hoax to talk straight faster than anyone else. She helps him with his research when he needs it.

Kepler - Friend
Kepler is a good kid, but Hoax things he's a little odd. They don't interact much, but get along okay when they do. 

Sayre - Friend
Hoax finds Sayre a bit of an annoyance, but tolerates the kid because he's Nessie's. Sayre loves to ask Hoax questions about what he's working on, which can be irritating, but occasionally proves useful, if Hoax hadn't been thinking of something that Sayre asks.

Jayuya - Friend
Hoax finds Jayuya rather sensible, unlike his two brothers. He is glad for Jayuya's inquisitive mind, and has him help with things as often as he can, though the fact that Jayuya can be of a singular mind can be somewhat limiting.

Octavius - Friend
Octavius and Hoax get along quite well, Octavius isn't really interested in the academic side of Hoax's position at the university, but Octavius likes to hear his wacky stories and they will often hang out after Hoax is done for the day.
