Magia is the proud third creation of Master Albert, and at the beginning of his story, he really does mean to finish the job his maker started. With him, he has a mysterious communication device to talk to and receive orders from the dead traitor of the Masters... But it turns out it's an advanced AI project Albert left behind, filled with all the information Albert had time to put into it. It's like a second Albert, but less crafty and less affable. Either way, Magia treats the AI like royalty, and if anything were to happen to his "Father", well... One shudders, imagining the possibilities from this already sadistic, bloodthirsty Megaman.

Magia himself is an AI, like Prometheus and Pandora were, and his intelligence comes from both of theirs - though carefully picked through and cleaned of such hateful, naughty things as 'rebellion' and 'questioning orders'. Because of this, Megaman Model S sometimes has childish fits of anger that resemble tantrums, he is frustrated and frightened by what he does not understand. Magia mechanically does not have the capacity to think for himself or process difficult emotions, and yet he develops that capacity for himself over time by interacting with more people; Megamen or just regular civilians. Throughout his character arc, he struggles greatly with the moral dissonance in his ultimate plan for this world, his near-obsessive love for his "Father", and desperately needing to "be loved". But I suppose whether you choose to save or destroy Albert's final and finest creation is up to you, hero. One way or another, the most important thing is protecting this world.
