Ward Lance

Ward Lance is a knight with a strict honor code: be merciful even in death, and be independent. Raised by knights, their code was much more lenient, but wanting to be helpful, she imposed this code upon herself, secretly hoping to be a role model (but admitting that might miss the point). The only one to ever open her heart was a young archer named Grape, who respected her independence but always gave a hand when needed. 

Ward, in the back of her mind, had always wanted to know what her birth mother was like, but was devastated to find her. A woman who lazes around all day in luxury, lets other people do the fighting for her, and has many unmarried men to wait on her? How could someone like this be her mother? As Ward prepared for the birth of her own child, she swore that E.B. and her future daughter may never meet. 

Unfortunately, Ward would not always be able to uphold that rule; a group of sorcerers attacked her, and she died a non-Lumbridge death. Her daughter, Peach, worries the same group is responsible for the disappearance of her father, and enlists her grandmother - the one she was forbidden from meeting - to help.
