Echo is a performer, specializing in stage magic, sleight of hand, acrobatics, and can pull gag items from hammerspace.

He does things for simply one reason: because it amuses him. He has little regard to consequence and does things for the fun of it. He is a complete glutton for attention, and as a result can be jealous if he's not the center of it. Impulsive may be the best way to describe Echo's personality, as he tends to work on an "act first, think later" mentality, which is perfect for improvising, but often gets him into more trouble than he intends.

Echo is a masterful manipulator and liar, able to pull at heartstrings and emotions to get his way. Despite being outgoing and excitable, Echo is lonely and not very good at making friends, due to the fact that he tends to tease beyond what may be acceptable and is just generally bad at not being a complete goofball. His self-awareness is, to put it bluntly, simply not there. His best quality as a friend would be the fact that he's good at cheering people up, though not necessarily in the right way.

Echo's feelings towards those he doesn't like are simple: he either ignores them or is cruel to them. It's better to be on one end of the spectrum than the other, because his cruelty can range from verbal to physical. And he'd of course be laughing the entire time.
