Echo has become Oliver's magic mentor, knight, and most importantly, his romantic partner. Wants to make him happy no matter what. (Pre-memory loss: Pledged fealty and fidelity to Oliver by offering his True Name - would kill or die for him. Still just wants to make him laugh.)
Currently internally screaming.
(Prior to memory fuckery: Almost made a rash decision to shut Echo out after an incident, but Echo offering his real name made him reconsider. Has his back, though Oliver's not sure he really needs the help.)
