ITEMS

You approach a dark-pelted lioness. There’s a little cub running around her paws. She seems busy and preoccupied with other things, but decides to spare you a moment anyway. She greets you with a warm smile, but her eyes seem tired. When you ask about her possessions, she shows you comb carved out of wood. There’s nothing special about it, but she seems to like it. She gives her long hair a couple of strokes. - I’ve had it for years. Got it when I was still with the Dreamcatchers - her smile fades away at the memory. She tries not to be sad in your presence, so she quickly changes the subject.

A full palette of colourful crayons is presented to you. - I always keep those on me along with some paper. When you want to make friends, this is a great way because you can draw together. Whenever someone’s sad I can cheer them up by making something cute or funny. I like to draw a moustache and then pretend to wear it. Or do silly cut-outs. It quickly gets their mind off the negative thoughts.

She notices you glance at her knife, which she thought she managed to hide from sight. She giggles. - This is just for safety. A girl needs to know how to protect herself - she smiles, but in her eyes you can see exhaustion and pain.
