Usage

Once you have it, it's yours to do what you like with and trade it to whoever you want. Just credit me as the character designer if used commercially (monetized YT videos, merch, fursuit sale, etc.).

Co-Ownership

Co-owning makes assisting with disputes complicated and inconvenient, so I do not consider it valid. I won't stop you if you really want to, but only the person with the original profile (the one that I have accepted credits through) on their account is considered the actual owner and I do not accept credits for any new profiles unless the original has been deleted.

Please link to my website https://secretdragon.pink for duplicates if you absolutely must have them (I'd prefer you didn't make any at all), and make sure there's some form of evidence that they're connected or I will flag them as stolen.

If you get caught up in a scam related to co-owning one of my designs, neither I nor my Terms of Use will protect you.

Blacklist

I do not keep a blacklist because it's annoying to continuously track all my designs and see who has traded who, and owners aren't notified when the TOU changes so they might miss it. I might refuse to sell to you directly if you're like... racist or something but if the character's already been sold I won't tell you who's allowed to have it.
