Icing ✧

Personality:  

Icing is a sweetie. He's really nice but has a habit of being really clingy and hyper, much like a child. He can get overly excited about the simplest of things, only calming down when he's tired or when Cream is around. Icing can be very persuasive and takes advantage of his position as the cute and sweet one to get what he wants. He's very attune to others feelings and when he knows someone is sad or upset he does everything in his power to make them happy again. If you can put up with his bouncy, over-excited disposition he is the best friend you'll ever have.
