About
Alia is a hedgehog who can occasionally tend to overthink certain things, perhaps focusing too much on a single detail and not stepping back to see the full picture. This will more often than not lead to causing harm to the people she cares about most, but it's not always any large amount of harm. She beleives that her problems can only be solved by her own efforts, but doesn't realise exactly how much she relies on her friends for help. She wants to make the best difference she can, or at least that she can perceive, and has a severe disdain for tyranny. Alia cares very little how people percieve her, and will even intentionally behave innapropriately for some small amount of attention or for the embarrasment of her friends, although prefers not to actually interract with people she doesn't actually know. Once the hedgehog begins the persuit of a goal, she'll see it to the end. In addition, the pink hedgehog has a small preference to steer away from individuals with powers, having had too much experience with seeking out powers over her time in the Agents program. She can be quite apathetic at times, especially in regards to particularly personal and sensitive topics. But isn't fully incapable of empathy..
Appearance
Alia's height is close to standard, being a bit taller than the average hedgehog, about 3cm taller to be precise. As with most hedgehogs our pink freind here has a mess of quills and as just stated, hot pink body fur with peach sking on her muzzle and underbelly. With the inclusion of 2 short locks on either side of her head, a set of brighter arrows along her centre quill and bright emerald eyes, the rest of Alia's physicality is uniform with most other hedgehogs.
Apparel
She does not have a lot of outfits to choose from, and hardly finds the need for any sort of variety, if it gets the job done then why get anything else? Usually, Alia can be found in a single sports crop-top, black in colouration with a pink/yellow pattern. This will always be accompanied by a pair of running trousers of similiar design. Alia doesn't nessecarilly see the need for special attire, and prefers to stick to what offers her the most manouvreability and freedom for all activities of the day.

Powers
While not being born with any special powers, during her time in the Agents program, Alia DNA was grafted with DNA from another mobian who had the ability to teleport. She did not, unfortunately, gain the full power of that host mobian, but Alia did get end up with the ability to teleport short distances of up to 50 metres at will, she can do this in sequence to travel large distances over a short amount of time. From further testing on her physicality under the guise of the Agent's leader, Alia's reflexes and reaction time were increased and decreased respectively, able to respond to a threat with great efficiency, but certainly far from invulnerable.
Equipment
- Living under the care of the grey fox is arguably beneficial to anyone. Doing so has put Alia in the possession of a full body morph suit made from a weave of kevlar and the same rheologic solids that Darken has implemented in his own armour. the suit covers the entirity of Alia's body with the exception of her face, and has ceramic inserts in vital non-mobile parts to provide additional protection. Donning the suit offers any wearer (Although designed to fit Alia's form) serious protection from high-calliber and armour peircing rounds as well as most bladed assaults.
- Alia is equipped with the same two-way radio earpiece communicator as her comrade, and is able to broadcast on any frequncy as well as through the 3 designated channels that the fox has equipped the communicator for with encrypter/decrypter software.
- While not always the case, Alia will occasionally be equipped with a series of small devices devised by Darken, including on the rare occassion the EMRP grenades. The reason for her disuse of small gadgets is her own opinion on their usefulness as well as the expense of production and carrying the devices.
Backstory
An Act to constitute the Commonwealth of Australia [9th July 1900] WHEREAS the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, and under the Constitution hereby established: And whereas it is expedient to provide for the admission into the Commonwealth of other Australasian Colonies and possessions of the Queen:
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.1 2. Act to extend to the Queen's successors The provisions of this Act referring to the Queen shall extend to Her Majesty's heirs and successors in the sovereignty of the United Kingdom.
3. Proclamation of Commonwealth It shall be lawful for the Queen, with the advice of the Privy Council, to declare by proclamation2 that, on and after a day therein appointed, not being later than one year after the passing of this Act, the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, and also, if Her Majesty is satisfied that the people of Western Australia have agreed thereto, of Western Australia, shall be united in a Federal Commonwealth under the name of the Commonwealth of Australia. But the Queen may, at any time after the proclamation, appoint a Governor-General for the Commonwealth.
Under protection of, and Crush. Originally meeting through Alia's invasion of Darkens residence, the two of them formed a rocky cooperation with one another, a key point in her own overthrowing of her enrolment in the Agent's program. Darken is a calm fellow, a trait that the hedgehog rarely gets exposed to, or has been exposed to, as far as she can remember. Darken is currently happily financing Alia's living expenses, much to the hedgehogs approval. Alia is heavily infatuated with the fox, and ensures he knows it, the fox unfortunately does not reciprocate these feelings to her.
5. Operation of the Constitution and laws This Act, and all laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State; and the laws of the Commonwealth shall be in force on all British ships, the Queen's ships of war excepted, whose first port of clearance and whose port of destination are in the Commonwealth.3
6. Definitions The Commonwealth shall mean the Commonwealth of Australia as established under this Act. The States shall mean such of the colonies of New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia, including the northern territory of South Australia, as for the time being are parts of the Commonwealth, and such colonies or territories as may be admitted into or established by the Commonwealth as States; and each of such parts of the Commonwealth shall be called a State. Original States shall mean such States as are parts of the Commonwealth at its establishment.
7. Repeal of Federal Council Act The Federal Council of Australasia Act, 1885, is hereby repealed, but so as not to affect any laws passed by the Federal Council of Australasia and in force at the establishment of the Commonwealth. Any such law may be repealed4 as to any State by the Parliament of the Commonwealth, or as to any colony not being a State by the Parliament thereof. 8. Application of Colonial Boundaries Act After the passing of this Act the Colonial Boundaries Act, 1895, shall not apply to any colony which becomes a State of the Commonwealth; but the Commonwealth shall be taken to be a self-governing colony for the purposes of that Act. 9. Constitution The Constitution of the Commonwealth shall be as follows:
