Normally collected and confident, Snake Eye is a modest gentlemen who genuinely cares for the moral man. He speaks in a polite manner and tries to practice humility when facing conflicting interests, but often ends up speaking a bit more high esteemed than others. He is quick to judge others based on their capabilities, actions, and status, but rather such judgement hard to change. If a person acts with what is commonly perceived as lowly or underhanded, he often cuts them down without question. If they wanted to prove their better individual, then Snake Eye will have the patience to redeem themselves. Despite how he acts, his open-mindedness is what allows him to get along with others.  Getting to know Snake Eye personally, he is quite the optimistic and extroverted - considering the parties he holds and how much he enjoys being outside. However, attempting to undermine his abilities as a resort owner and suitable host is almost will immediately get Snake Eye into his more sour, toxic side - and getting bit by his Burmese Python, Goldilocks, would be the least of his threats he can provide.

• He appears to speak in multiple accents, depending on his disguise and alias. From French, to English, to Italian and so forth. He even knows a few languages, but it's not very fluent.
  > His real dialect is actually Valley Speak.
• His Masquerades last about a whole week. Depending on political, financial, or environmental situations, it may be more or less. 
• The Masquerade strictly hides the identity of everyone who attends.
  > Each invitation he sends often provides a name he's already provided to each invitee, and demands that you strictly go by that name if they were to attend.
  > (Ex. If the invitation letter was addressed to the "Duke" then the person who holds the invitation will be known as Duke throughout the Masquerade)
  > Snake Eye also hides his identity and has a different name every year. There is an exception where he ended up using "Oracle" twice in a row when he had tried to pursue a romantic interest.
• Likes to appear as a regular, normal employee, of all kinds, to watch his guests and his employees.
  > Goes from being a bartender one night to a pool boy the second day, and then a janitor the next morning. Any job he takes... he somehow performs quite well.
• Unless he's outside of the Masquerade, Snake Eye always keeps his Burmese Python on him.
  > Named her Goldilocks.
  > Likes to use her as a scarf.
• Used to call himself Snake Eyes... until he lost an eye.
• Often forgets people's names, or mixes them up.
• Loves to drink.
  > Prefers drinking champagne, chardonnay, and brandy.
• Speaking about his eye is a sensitive topic.
  > Lost it after donating his cornea to his ex-lover. Unfortunately it became infected soon after the procedure and then left him as soon as she recovered.
• Loves gold, and other sparkly things.
  > Whenever he sees something sparkling, he often has the urge to pick it up. An old habit he's had during childhood.
  > Quite attached to seashells and sea glass specifically for this reason.
• Would probably choke you if you discover his real name.
• Often challenges those in a dice game if a guest is in a financial disposition.
  > If the guest wins, then they and their companions (family, friends, partner, etc) have the choice of staying in the resort as long as they want; all foods and services are paid for with the exception of the Casino.
  > If they lose, they will have to leave immediately. But Snake Eye shares some sympathy and often pays for their travel expenses.
• Most of his employees are treated well, and all live in a dormitory area that is strictly for staff members.
  > Most employees, especially those who work full-time work under a contract that allows them to live in the Resort as long as they are working there.
• Loves eating sour things.
  > Has a whole bowl of Sour Patch candies and Shockers in his office.
  > Eating at least a whole lemon a day.
  > A cup of citric acid filled to the brim? He'll drink that. Malic Acid? He'll snort it.
• An extremely picky eater.
  > Despises carrots.
  > Loves to eat cauliflower.
  > He's not interested in eating it unless it has avocados.
• Loves reptiles; keeps several different reptilian species as pets.
  > Many of them resides in a exhibit with their very own habitat; all of them are well taken care of by hired caretakers.
• Possibly has killed a few people; none of which had been connected to him by the police and detectives.
  > Most of the time blames it on their terrible drinking and party habits.
  > Only did it to protect him, his resort, and his employees that work there.

story

Soleil D'or is the world's largest beach resort that stretches about twenty miles wide and several floors of entertainment all widespread to cater everyone's desire for luxury. This includes casinos, restaurants, day/night clubs, and even hidden brothels; the D'or covers each sin at its finest.
But its entertainment business isn't the only thing the Resort is known for. According to those that work there, the Resort holds an annual Masquerade party taken place in the center ball room and extends further to every end of the resort.

And the host to own them all only goes by the name of Snake Eye. A small spoken gentleman who spends most of the time dwelling among the crowd rather than standing among the center of attention. He goes by many names among several different groups in the social circle of his Masquerades, but no one ever realizes that he is Snake Eye himself.
His office is always locked and guarded, and the rarity of entering his chambers - hence anyone who's tried to enter often find themselves exiled. Many who enter his private rooms, whether it be sneaking in or forcing themselves in, could only find a golden Burmese python slithering his floor. 

Those that pique his interests, often end up with a golden envelope in hand. Their lips are sealed about his existence once they leave his side after the first meeting.

(Story) The Prodigal

Snake Eye is not a prestigious member of the Prodigal due to his busy schedule. But he has been a potential candidate by most Headmasters and offers are often extended to him repeatedly despite he's declined every time. He is in close relationship with the organization, providing open arms to its Administration Members and Agents, in exchange for their cooperation when necessary. Despite his resort gives him access that many people don't, he often claims that he wouldn't get to where he's at without the help of the Organization. Even the Prodigal has no worries with Snake Eye, as he keeps his trust quite well - keeping the group's existence under private matters until his death.

The Entertainer cannot merely communicate with the Prodigal so freely, and unlikely he'll get a response by sending a direct message. Snake Eye's only access through the Prodigal is through the Administration Members that inhabit the Palace - a hidden parlour that's known to entertain the more adult audiences. In fact, there had been rumors that Snake Eye had originally worked there before he used his talents to take ownership of a hotel, in which prospered under his ownership.

Relationships

Ouro  [ Friend ]

Ouro is the Administration Member's representative whenever Snake Eye asks for a favor. However, their relationship isn't strictly professional. The two of them are quite the best of friends, though the origin of how they met remains a secret. If rumors of Snake Eye had worked for the Prodigal were true, then him and Ouro would be longtime coworkers. It seems as if the Golden Boy knows of Snake Eye's origin, but he respectfully remains silent.

Miami  [ Lover ]

Everyone questions if Snake Eye is taken or not, but the man does emphasize that he is seeing someone outside of the Resort. All they know is Miami's name, but they don't know as to who they were. It took a bit for Snake Eye to get past Miami's bestial appearance but once he started to familiarize with him, the Resort Owner fell for his charm.
