History:
Born on the 20th of July, Bella Ann Donne was the single daughter of two doctors; Her ??? Mother and ??? Father. Before her birth, the both of them signed a pact with an angel for their child to become a greater doctor then either of them. In her early and later years of private schooling, she took a focus on biological sciences, becoming nothing short of a prodigy as she eventually focused on Human Biology and earning herself a doctorate at the considerably early age.

During her time learning the ins and out of both her powers and the human body in her studies, it was common for Bella, in her then caring nature, to listen and hear about stories of criminals who, in fear of getting caught and arrested at publicly found hospitals, would seek out their own medical treatments, patch-working injuries that would've needed intensive treatment, only to lose blood too quickly afterwards to be saved regardless. While most would've scoffed and forgot, she could only feel pity. So many criminals were victims of fate, debts and challenges that would be impossible to clear through any other legal means, Bella thoughts were towards them, and soon, so were her actions.

And she was not the only one who wished to aid those who couldn't be helped otherwise. Bella's strange happenstances had lead her to ???, a High Elf born from two temperate clans and soon joining her. At first, it was the goal of trying to secure resources for her great plans of medical care to the intimate nights of a lonely woman finding one who slowly and surely became the love of her life as they got closer. Soon enough, more news came, shared during a purchase of what anaesthetics would've been needed; She had fallen pregnant, the kid likely his and the joy shared inbetween them in.

The first ever case of one of her Underground Medical Centres was a Clinic held in the basement of a nightclub, frequented by numerous local gangs. It took time, trust, and a lot of money to keep conditions safe and supplies for her practises flowing, but the club quickly became neutral territory for all parties, a safe haven, in exchange for reliable and discreet medical attention, away from prying eyes. It was at this time she learned the true nature of her abilities, how it functioned, and the frankly terrifying range of applications it held. Her fears became knowledge when one of those gangs tried to take control of the Clinic, holding her hostage and raiding the medical supplies. In the spur of the moment, she managed to subdue a number of the invading crew, namely by causing rapid heart palpitations that quickly lead to multiple heart attacks shortly after, while the rest were cleaned up by other gangs who wanted to retake the hidden clinic.

The attack had changed her, for better or worse, she became colder on the outside, but within would bloom a problem for the rest of her life, taking drugs recreationally to try and forget the deaths she had contributed to, an addiction to the powders quickly taking root. Her shifted personality and need of fuel pushed her beyond the basement of that nightclub, rising in rank and power above the rest of the gangs that surrounded her through smart debate or careless eliminations of her competition. She eventually found herself in place of the main adviser of a neighbouring mob boss of the Linnaeus Mafia, one she earned deep respect with from proving her worth with keeping him healthy with check-ups and using interrogation techniques that go beyond the simple lines of torture without any kind of rest for information that was proved critical for his operations.

However, these dealings would only go so far before Bella extended a vine of her control to grasp out once more, systematically taking over the old organisation through elimination of the boss' wife through 'Exacerbated Medical Conditions', clearing the boss out himself with an apparent 'suicide', helped by the loss of his partner, and the god-mother of their now orphaned heirs to the criminal empire sent the children off, separated and half way around the world, leaving only her in the position of power which she takes joy in holding.

Personality:
Knowledgeable and Candid, Bella's confidence is earned through years of experience through medical schooling and illegal dealings, with a bedside manner to match her strictness over what she has staked claim to. However, one of her many weaknesses is an apparent Chemical Dependence, one she must sate or feel it's wrath.

Likes
-Deadly Nightshade, some of her favourite flowers.
-Clay Pigeon, one of her more recreational hobbies, which she happens to use to keep her skills with a shotgun sharp.
-Chocolate Sponge Cake, one of her guilty pleasures food-wise.
-Traditional Pop, one of the few music genre's she'll admit to enjoying.

Dislikes
-Losing patients, while there certainly the loss of moral and human life to consider, the cost to properly move the body is her biggest concern about it.
-Rats, filthy animals that she wants absolutely no part of, an opinion that has extended to how she tests new treatments and drugs through human trials, avoid animal testing almost entirely.
-Sniper Rifles, she hates basically everything about them, using them or being targeted by them.
-Death, her own. Surprisingly enough, Bella has a genuine fear of dying, despite what her behaviours and business would suggest.
