Pokemon oc 🚶Kinda a gijinka but also not?

APPEARANCE: In his ""human"" form, he looks the part... Mostly. Rather thin, slightly off proportion, & 4 fingered hands - lacking pinky fingers - that seem to resemble claws more. Pointy. He's like if uncanny valley was a "person".

Long, spiky white hair covers the right side of his face & reaches down to around his waist. His expression? Always smiling! .D & has ridiculously sharp teeth.  He never seems to blink - so he's always just. Staring. With those weird blue eyes, & some seriously dark circles under them.

Outfit wise, he wears a simple dark purple polo shirt - long sleeves, black collar, & a string necklace with some beads + a sparkly mint green feather - a lunar wing, just in case - attached to it. 

Spiky dude that looks kinda weird, human but not exactly. He's a bit confused but he's got the spirit

PERSONALITY: One wacky dude! Reality defying, that too. He seems to operate on physics different than usual - if physics even apply to him. Doing the impossible & bending outside of the norm is his specialty! 

Also not very smart. Impulsive, naive, forgetful, easy to trick - he's far from the sharpest tool in the shed.

Overly friendly, he tries to be nice to everybody. To most, he comes off as some overly nice, dumb bizarre goofball with some funky magic tricks - many that allow him to do the impossible. 

49's really pacifistic, & can't handle violence at all - nor the idea of getting others hurt. Too kind for his own good. He tries to do what he thinks won't hurt anyone whenever possible.

Most of the time, he stays on the lonely little island he calls home. Doing what? Who knows. That, or wanders the regions, messing around without a care in the world.

To the public, he's an urban legend. Whispers of a strange white haired individual, or a silhouette, that bends the shadows, usually seen wandering on moonless nights, floated around the regions for ages. Most view these as little more than fake stories, taken with a grain of salt. They're mostly real tho

However, in Sinnoh, his home region, these are accepted as reality - & it's pretty much normal there. It's not uncommon for one to go outside late at night & see a shadowy figure messing around in the distance. He's like the region's mothman - harmless, but really strange cryptid.

49's a bit of an oddity. He's like a glitch in the matrix - being unable to die, defying reality, & seemingly having far more power than he should. 

Among the mythicals, he's known as the odd one out - the weird kid in the back of the classroom. Most of the other gods don't take him too seriously, & it's kinda hard to after eons of him being little more than a ghostly class clown.
