Zack Bradshaw's Comments

(kind of a follow-up to the zoo/aquarium thread, I live for interactions involving cute animals)

To Junior, sea otters are one of the best things to ever happen on the planet. He was especially joyous to have the ability to see one in person, alongside Zack, who he had invited for another session at the zoo. Junior was holding a bucket filled with a handful of large shells in one hand, and a packet of fish in the other. A curious otter swam up to the two of them, interested in what Junior was holding. "Surprisingly enough, otters are really intelligent." The Agent explains, before tossing the bucket's contents into the otter's pool enclosure, scattering the shells about. "Here, take this and hold it out for him." He hands the bucket to Zack, as the animal begins to swiftly fly across the water to retrieve the shells one by one, placing them all into the bucket Zack was holding. "Ain't that awesome?" Jackie beams, handing out a fish to the otter after it had retrieved all of the shells. It eagerly takes the reward, floating away on its back to snack on the fish.

"The otters were always so fun to work with back in the day." He sighs, eyes trailing the lazing creature in admiration. "They're pretty damn cute too-- speaking of cute, I almost forgot...!" Junior suddenly turns in the other direction, pointing at a sign that directed towards other marine creature exhibits. Looking over his shoulder to focus on Zack, he excitedly diverges his attention from the otters, "... this zoo just had a baby seal, I figured you wanted to get some pictures of it? The thing looks like a rotund marshmallow, I swear!"

(don't apologize this is so cute   )

Feeling something nudge him, Zack looked down to see the snow... Yule from earlier, and with an apple! Crouching down once again, he picked up the apple. "Did you get this for me?" he mused before giving him a small smile. "Thank you. I'll cut this up for the both of us to enjoy."

Hala stuck her finger through the bars of the kennel, her smile somewhere between pleased and disgusted as the puppy waddled up and licked her hand. "Though this one's darling, I can't say I'm much of a dog person." she admitted to Zack quietly, "But, I think it's admirable that you take such good care of them... And, you know, all of your animals just in general. Maybe admirable might not be the best word, since that -- does that sound too dramatic to describe it? I don't know." She pulled her hand away and shrugged. "It's just sweet is all."

"Can you show me a few of your other animals?" She then asked him, glancing at the man. She pulled her hand away from the puppy, who immediately shoved its nose through the cage to try and catch her, but to no avail. "If you have any sugar gliders, I'd like to see them. I hear they have giant eyes. I'll also like to see bunnies or kittens, though."

"Thanks. They can be a handful plenty of times," Zack grunted while watching the puppies fumble through their nap time. "You should have seen my-- the previous owner. She really made this place pop. I can't hold a candle to her." But the least I can do is keep it running.
Zack glanced up when asked about the other animals, grateful for the distraction. "No sugar gliders," he said. "There's just basic, simple pets right now, besides the birds. I might bring some in when business picks up. I've got bunnies and kittens, though. Let me show you."
