Mr. Midas is many things - a businessman, a talkshow host and a skilled violinist. And a criminal. That too.
With the power he holds and his lackluster care for morality, Mr. Midas got his hands dirty in a way that could really harm his brand and business. You see, Midas is a powerful influencial celebraties around. His voice is warm like honey, his gaze is almost hypnotizing and his character is so affable! With his charming ways, he has the 'power' that people call "Midas' golden touch". Whatever or whomever he speaks well of, tends to skyrocket in value - whatever he touches might as well have turned to gold!
But when Henry and Salem (a cop duo), decides to snoop around and then finds tape evidence on his misdeeds, Mr. Midas can suddenly feel his empire shake. it won't be easy for the cops to get him though, Mr. Midas knows how the cameras work and he can certainly point them in other directions than himself, if it means that he doesn't have to go to jail!

Personality
Mr. Midas is actually quite laid back, for a villanous man. He may rummage around in illegal things, but it's not really born out of any ill will. He's jsut greedy and if no one is to stop him, then why does he have to behave? To him all of this is more of a game - While he does care about his reputation and his empire to some degree, he also is very aware that this was the risk for doing what he does. And if he has to lose this game, he'll stay till he have played his last card. Even when he goes to jail, which he inevitably does in the end of 'Midas Madness', he actually takes his time in there to help other criminals and inmates to find therapy in playing instruments.

- After the events of 'Midas Madness', Midas actually trains up an orchestra in prison and gets to play with them publically a couple of times. The prison staff really likes him, due to his ability to calm his fellow inmates down
- He loves really the expensive and extravagant way of living, but the restrictive prison life is as he puts it "a fresh breath of air"
Significant Relationships
Salem
It's kind of awkward that Mr. Midas is the first mission Salem is sent out on, when Mr. Midas and Salem's dad are really close friends. Well, for Salem, mainly. Mr. Midas certainly doesn't mind, in fact he finds it really amusing to watch a demon police officer, do his job in a world where demons are considered unstable and irrational. Mr. Midas himself has seen this prejudice again and again and it's partially why he has grown so laid-back. Despite the fact that he doesn't really want to leave the stage-light, if he has to go, he's glad it can help Salem's career.
Henry
Henry and Mr. Midas doesn't get along all that well. Maybe it's because Henry never bothers watching his show or maybe it's because Mr. Midas makes Salem somewhat nervous. Still, Mr. Midas bears no grudge at the human. Henry is very blunt, honest and surprisingly polite when push comes to shove. Just also kinda scruffy and dirty. But that said, Mr. Midas would probably still contact the two of them, if he ever needed help.
