Personality
Peter is incredibly headstrong, and the epitome of a young guy who wants to prove himself. He is very talkative, sometimes to the point of droning on.

Background
Peter Costa grew up with just his mother, as his father left when Peter was very young. He had a typical childhood, and he graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Soon after he graduated, he was scouted by A.C.T.E.D. and was hired as a tech researcher. Lance Craven was assigned as his training agent.
