Negan was an extremely troubled youth with little in the way of love or support. A difficult upbringing and suffering from abuse led him to a life of unstability and turmoil. A series of bad decisions led him to become a rough individual who committed frequent crimes, some violent. Eventually he messed with the wrong group of cors, leading him to cause the accidental death of an ofcicial. At this, he was banished to the wastelands where he spent many years.
In the wastelands, he met Oleander. The two of them fell into a relationship for a while, but eventually Oleander left and Negan didn't know where he'd gone. He believed him dead. Years later Negan was pardoned and was able to come back to a life on Postinen, where he tried to assimilate back into society. Here, he met Luda. Luda and him began a relationship and She guided him in his rehabilitation. Together, the two began a family and Negan, for once, felt what love an acceptance were really like.

Personality
Negan is a bitter and angry cor with an explosive temper. His storms are easily quelled by his wife, Luda, but anyone else will face his wrath. He suffers from PTSD from many events in his life, but mostly the harshness of the wastelands where he spent many years. He is jumpy and easily startled. He doesn't like spending time in society or crowds, and prefers quiet hollows and the comforting walls of his home. His rough demeanor hides the scared child within him.
He and Luda have a good family life together, where the strong calming spirit of Luda is able to soften Negan's exterior. Negan is a good and doting father, though he is a little too protective. Negan's family is his one true joy in life and he loves nothing more than spending time with them and especially making them small toys to play with. He is strongly looking forward to being a grandfather.

Luda
Luda is the light of Negan's life, the one who brought him out of darkness. He is absolutely head-over-heels and indebted to her. He frequently wonders how he could possibly ever deserve her.
Oleander
Negan's first love, who he met in the wastelands. With their relationship many years behind them, they are now somewhat awkwards friend who spend their golden years of retirement together
