Bismuth - She worked with her for a while during the height of the war and developed a crush on her.

Watermelon Tourmaline was created for Pink Diamond on another planet prior to her receiving her first colony. Since Pink was colony-less for most of her life, she didn't need many buildings, so tourmaline... didn't really have anything to do. She rebelled early in the war, excited to contribute something.

Tourmaline met Bismuth during the war, who she worked with and got her sword from. She designed forts and hideouts for the Crystal Gems, and did some fighting. During one battle, she was poofed and taken back to Homeworld, and has been bubbled since.

Once she's freed for Era 3, Watermelon Tourmaline will probably return to Earth and live in Little Homeworld.
