Summary
A skilled swimmer and well-known young keldine for their high self-confidence and athleticism, Jiang Lian has made quite a reputation for themself in their municipality. Together with his little cousin Shou, they reside in a townhouse near the town square where they live independently. Though they are being supported by their parents who send funds monthly from their lotus hacienda back in the province. Lian comes from a rather wealthy family because of their business, but they've worked hard for most of their life to earn their keep.

Personality
Headstrong, quite overconfident and proud are a few words that can be used to describe Jiang Lian. They've gotten into their fair share of fights and general mischief, usally coming off as cocky and aggressive to others, which is why they might come off as a delinquent to many. Be that as it may, Lian is also very noble and determined, only picking serious fights to uphold their honor or the honor of someone they care about. Lian cares dearly about those close to them and can be very protective, but they won't just drop their responsibilities and priorities for those individuals. If need be, they will step in and assist, but they acknowledge that they may have prior commitments and will not jump right in just to be the hero of the day if they know that their loved ones are capable.

Cousin

Shou is Lian's little cousin. Since being given up to their family due to unfavorable home circumstances at a very young age, Shou has been raised by Lian, which is why she considers them to be the most like a parental figure in her life. The two of them are very close-knit, treating and regarding one another like siblings. They support each other through the daily hardships of life and help get through the struggles together. Lian loves to spoil Shou by buying her all sorts of little plants for her to take care of, as part of her hobby, and Shou will cheer louder than any other individual during a swimming match or any other performance Lian takes part in.

Close friend / Rival

Lian and Jin Li have known each other since they were very young. They were very close and grew up to be very competitive with one another not only in sports but in very trivial every day things, eventually growing a rivalry between one another. Though they care for each other very much, they don't show it in a conventional sense. Also Lian would never admit it but they totally got hooked on LoveLeo's songs since they heard Jin singing BOYFREN in the hallways.

Close friend

Cuiruo is another close friend of Lian's. The little keldine likes to bring him little pastries and other food items he cooks up in his kitchen or during his culinary classes for Lian to taste and give their honest opinions on. Being the more quiet and soft individual he is, Cuiruo is also a refreshing individual to be around in contrast to Lian and Jin's usually upbeat and competitive nature around one another.
