About
General
Strategic . Reserved . Protective . INTJ

Paimon, 1st King, the demon King of Fire, is a complex and multifaceted individual. On the one hand, he is a formidable and intimidating figure, feared and respected by many in the demon world. He exudes confidence and power, and his control over the element of fire is absolute.

However, there is more to Paimon than meets the eye. He is a master manipulator, with a razor-sharp wit and an uncanny ability to read people's intentions. He can use this to his advantage, playing his enemies against each other and getting them to do his bidding without ever revealing his own true intentions. He is known for his cunning and his ability to manipulate others to do his bidding. His sharp wit and his tendency to make cutting remarks leave his enemies reeling.

Despite his ruthless methods, Paimon is not without a code of honor. He values loyalty above all else and will protect those who have earned his favor. He has a keen sense of justice and will not hesitate to punish those who cross him or harm his loved ones. Paimon's softer side comes out when it comes to his younger brother Andromalius. He feels a strong sense of responsibility to protect Andromalius from the dangers of the demon world, and he will go to great lengths to keep him safe. He also wants Andromalius to be strong and resilient, as is expected of all demons, so he often pushes him to his limits in order to toughen him up. Despite his love for Andromalius, Paimon can still be a challenging figure to deal with. He can be blunt and cutting with his words, and he does not suffer fools gladly. He demands respect from those around him and will not tolerate disobedience or insubordination.

"He hath a great Voice, and roareth at his first coming, and his speech is such that the Magician cannot well understand unless he can compel him. He can discover unto thee what the Earth is, and what holdeth it up in the Waters; and what Mind is, and where it is; or any other thing thou mayest desire to know. He giveth Dignity, and confirmeth the same. He bindeth or maketh any man subject unto the Magician if he so desire it. "
Story

Paimon's bloodline has been taking over the position of the first King since the beginning of Hell. As a result, when he and his brother were born, their future was already determined. Paimon was raised and trained with all the knowledge existing in Hell to become a great king, while his younger brother, Andromalius, was groomed to become his loyal follower.

However, Paimon had other plans for his brother. He saw potential in Andromalius and knew that he could use his brother's talents to further his own ambitions. So, unknown to all other demons except the King Argui, Paimon manipulated and threatened his way to getting Andromalius the position of second king, causing the "accidental" death of the legitimate second king.

Paimon's actions were not without consequences. Some demons saw through his manipulations and resented him for his underhanded tactics. There were also those who saw Andromalius as a weak and unworthy second king and believed that he was only in that position because of Paimon's influence. Despite the challenges, Paimon continued to support Andromalius and push him to become stronger and more skilled. He saw his brother as a valuable ally and trusted confidant, and he was willing to do whatever it took to ensure that Andromalius remained loyal to him. Over time, Paimon's influence over Andromalius grew, and the two brothers became a formidable duo. They were able to navigate the complex political landscape of the demon world and maintain their positions of power through a combination of cunning and brute force.

Relationships
Andromalius | Relationship

Paimon and Andromalius are twin Brothers, with Paimon being the older one. Paimon's brotherly love for Andromalius is deep and complex. He feels a strong sense of responsibility for his younger brother, as he has been trained from a young age to be a great king and protector. Paimon sees it as his duty to shield Andromalius from the harsh realities of life as a demon, and to ensure that he is prepared and capable of succeeding in their world. Yet still Paimon scolds with Andromalius about his good naive nature, to be prepared for the harsh reality. Despite this protectiveness, Paimon also deeply loves Andromalius and wants him to be happy and fulfilled. He is willing to go to great lengths to support his brother and ensure his success, even if it means being tough on him or pushing him to be his best. At the same time, Paimon can be somewhat manipulative and controlling when it comes to Andromalius. He was able to secure Andromalius the position of 2nd King through threats and manipulation, and he may sometimes push his brother too hard or expect too much from him. Overall, Paimon's brotherly love for Andromalius is a mix of protectiveness, devotion, and a desire to see his brother succeed. While his methods may sometimes be harsh or controlling, his love for Andromalius is unwavering and deep-seated.

Argui | Relationship

Paimon's relationship with Argui, the long-standing king, is marked by a complex dynamic. While Paimon respects Argui's position as king due to his longer tenure, he finds himself primarily tolerating him rather than genuinely fond of him. This is partly due to Argui's teasing nature, which Paimon dislikes, and what he perceives as a lack of seriousness in Argui's approach to his duties as king. Curiously, Paimon suspects that Argui is aware of Paimon's role in the demise of the legitimate 2nd king, thanks to Argui's subtle taunts and hidden comments. The fact as to why Argui keeps this knowledge to himself remains a mystery to Paimon, since he would easily be able to cause a riot against Paimon. Consequently, Paimon is cautious not to provoke any major conflicts with Argui in order to safeguard his secret and avoid potential repercussions. One point of argument between them is Argui's creation of Xiu, a soulless doll creature that is considered immoral and almost forbidden in Hell. Paimon strongly disapproves of this action and consistently criticizes Argui, warning of the dangers associated with it. Despite Paimon's reluctance to engage in conversations and meetings with Argui, he maintains a professional approach to his duties. When necessary, Paimon can hold conversations with Argui and reluctantly consider his advice, demonstrating a sense of duty and professionalism.

Superbia | Relationship

After the change of Kings, Paimon had to fight against Superbia like all the other Kings, because of Hells tradition to prove oneself as a worthy king. Beating Superbia, the strongest warrior Hell has to offer, is impossible though, so all Kings do as needed, but never really aimed to actually win against her, knowing they don´t stand a chance. But not Paimon. When it was his turn to fight Superbia, he trained an unhealthy amount for the fight, being obsessed with the idea of winning against Superbia. With a Plan in mind: He knew he wouldn´t win, but he wanted to win her to his side. When Paimon took over his throne, with his secret killing of another soon to be King, he needed to make sure his start as King was intimidating, powerful and not leaving any space for riots or doubts amongst demons. And what better way than to have the strongest Sin as his personal Soldier? And Paimon managed. He is the one King Superbia respected the most, as he was the strongest out of all them, he even managed to almost defeat her, which no one has ever come close to for 30000 Years. She serves his Territory now and supports his Great Army with her Skills. Even though she doesn´t admit it, she is fond of Paimon´s Leadership and Strategic Skills, which is the reason why she even likes working for him. Paimon makes sure to maintain a good relationship with her, to secure his Power.

Ronove | Relationship

For centuries, Ronove and his ancestors have served Paimon's family as mentors and language teachers, utilizing their exceptional rhetoric skills and knowledge to prevent any misunderstandings in Hell that could potentially lead to trouble. Their relationship is characterized more by a professional, business-like dynamic rather than a close friendship, yet Ronove has earned Paimon's trust through their long-standing collaboration. During Paimon's childhood, Ronove assumed the role of his and Andromalius' teacher in rhetoric and languages. However, Paimon faced difficulties with languages from an early age, which necessitated him spending more time with Ronove. This remains an embarrassing secret for Paimon, yet despite this initial challenge, he still relies on Ronove for guidance and assistance whenever needed. Paimon grants Ronove a significant amount of freedom, allowing him to pursue his own endeavors. However, Paimon also entrusts Ronove with numerous tasks and responsibilities. Their relationship is built upon mutual respect for one another's skills and expertise, fostering a strong bond based on their shared understanding of each other's capabilities.
