Personality: A happy, playful soul and also a murderous psychopath. Speaks love creating fun things with her own hands to show to others, almost in a childish way, but often those things are deadly and the people she "shows" don't live to tell about it. She's very independent and prefers to keep to herself most of the time. She can often be seen lost in her own thoughts, usually with a cute little grin on her face. In summary; a childish airhead who will kill you slowly and like it.

• She was born and raised in Blackmarsh, just like any traditional argonian. She still prefers to live in the marsh, but she won't pass up an opportunity to explore and learn about new things.
• Her name, Speaks-in-Dragon-Tongues, references her favorite flower, Dragon Tongue. The plant is also a deadly toxin and one she specializes making poisons with.
• Her small stature, cute style preference, sweet voice, and playful demeanor make her seem quite harmless and helpless, which is how she lures a lot of her victims to their deaths.
• She's a master alchemist and necromancer.
• Her preferred method of murder involves home-made poisons and potions.
• While she doesn't care for or about other people, nature is very important to her. She does her best to nurture the ecosystem around her, and will only practice her "skills" on animals with healthy populations.
• All of her "pets" are animals she's killed, studied, and then reanimated.
