He steals collects pencils from around the Hub and keeps them all in one place for people. No one knows if to be endeared to find their lost, now scorched pencil in a high up alcove or annoyed at the lil dragon.
No one is quite sure where he came from. He just appeared in the Hub one day carrying a charred pencil.
