Background: Half Japanese, half Romani. His hero father pushed Koteru too hard to become a hero while growing up. He even kept Koteru mostly indoors, being worried about Koteru's very destructive quirk being used in public, leaving everyone's impression on Koteru to be dangerous for having a lethal quirk, but no one ever knew what it was for 13 years.
There was one incident in Koteru's first year of high school, where someone at school offered to be his friend so he could stay by his side, having a rather intense obsession with Koteru without Koteru knowing. This friend was actually making Koteru do bad actions that looked intentional when in fact it was an accident, which was all set up by Koteru's friend. While everyone was against him, his friend claimed he was the one that believed that he wasn't bad, so that Koteru would resort to him for comfort. It took until Koteru was 16 years old to find out his "friend's" deeds for isolating him and burned him to death for making his life miserable, including his soul. He was expelled for doing so.
At home was rough as well. With his father pressuring him to be a hero but also keeping him mostly locked away, there were often fights and sneaking out of home after that. His mother and brother tried to comfort him. He would say that they tried, but his feelings towards his father weren't going to change. He snapped at 16 as well, finally making up his mind to live on his own. This lead him to a life of crime, creating this pyromaniacal persona, and if others got to live with acceptance while they regarded him as a monster, then they shouldn't deserve to be happy around him. They should burn in hell.

Build: Very built and toned. There are tattoos on his arms and back.
Description: Hair is noticeable for standing upwards and having shaved sides. Tattoos are tribal-esque nine-tailed foxes and the back was some sort of summoning circle with the kanji for "kitsune". Where he trained after leaving home is unknown, but it's most likely from brawls or his own self-training in more run-down places. Has a fair skin tone.
His clothes are kinda lacking due to more opportunities to absorb flames. Bandages on his legs are just for extra coverage on his feet, like he doesn't want to be barefoot but not wear full on shoes either.

Personality: A boy that was full of potential grew up with crushed ambitions and an intense hatred for everyone that thought wrong of him while they were living in acceptance by society. Yes, he sounds very edgy.
Quirk and Abilities
Quirk: Hellfire
Type: Emitter
Description: Blue fire that burns everything, including the souls of humans and other living beings, which, by the way, are burnt to nothing, so their soul basically doesn't exist anymore. He has grown high heat tolerance while using it over the years.
+ Advantages:
- Absorbing the flames back, and if it burns up a soul, he regains energy.
- Most of his body is immune to the flames.
- Not a lot of smoke emitted while burning--just screams of agony.
- Quicker burning than Dabi's blue fire.
-- Disadvantages:
- His head and pelvic area (lol) isn't immune (but still has high heat resistance) to the flames, so he could accidentally burn himself in his own fire if he isn't careful. Makes you question why he has no headgear, huh?
- Spreads rapidly and can be uncontrollable if too much of his fire is used
- Once the fire starts burning, it won't stop until it's burnt the target to nothing (don't leave unattended basically)
-No burn or scorch marks. You either survive from the flames or die trying.

-Asahi Hinokoe: Hero, Quirk-Sacred flame. His fire purifies a burdened soul/person, lets wild, untamed spirits rest in peace, and heals people emotionally, burning "negative energy", even physical/emotional scars. He's stoic, disciplined and protective. The father that Koteru hates so much because of his overbearing attitude that went too far. He tried to heal Koteru's soul, but it either seemed to be weak against his hellfire, or he couldn't heal his own son because he inflicted the pain on him.
-Bellany Loveridge Hinokoe: Middle of the road, Quirk-Summoner. She summons monsters and spirits in her aid through magic circles. She's a really sweet and kind-hearted mother, but because of her quirk, people think she's causing more trouble than help. She seems to ignore their comments when her summoned helpers get the job done! She comforts Koteru when he's upset and is patient with him. When he left she is worrying about his safety and whereabouts every day.
-Tobi Loveridge Hinokoe: Student hero, Quirk-Soul Saver. He uses the quirks of the spirits of dead heros or villains, whichever he prefers (however the UA prefers heroes), and could stack their powers (limit 5), but it depends if the spirits want to cooperate with the idea of combining or not. He stuck with Koteru through thick and thin, but with the fact that he wasn't being placed with the same pressures as Koteru, he felt bad for him, but Koteru seemed to slowly distance himself from him because of their differences in treatment. He awaits for Koteru's return as well.
Friends: There's one which is my friend's character (my friend is more active on Instagram). They're an anti-hero with magnetism manipulation. Koteru would also be allies with the villain league but with mostly Dabi because of their similar backstories, but more on an "older brother" scale.
Love interest: None...yet...maybe not? lol.
