DESIGN NOTES
- Scales NOTEs:
- Hixon's scales didn't start off with a good chunk of his scales being purple. In fact, the purple scales stem from his blade (Cataclysm Eclipse). It appears that's a side effect of having this blade.
- The scales on Hixon's underbelly and certain sections of his body is shown to be a lot sturdier than his prominent ones.
- Hixon is able to regrow scales that he may have lost during battle. It does take time for them to regrow back fully. The longest it can take is a month.
- Hixon does occasionally sell any broken scales/ripped off scales for money. He is aware that his scales can be use to craft weapons.
- Cataclysm Eclipse Influence NOTEs:
- Another sign of Eclipse's influence on Hixon is the fact his right eye has shifted towards a red coloration instead of the yellow coloration found in the left eye.
- When he is completely under the infleunce of the sword, all his scales become completely purple with his left eye becoming red.
- The former rarely happens as often Hixon manage to stop himself from going too far.
- A interesting thing to note is that he starts drawing on more draconic hertiage to the point he starts looking something like this if he's not careful.
DEMEANOUR
- Most of the time, Hixon tends to be more active and energetic during the day. Akin to lizards, Hixon is a cold-blooded dragon that relies on the enviornment and his inner flames to help warm his body.
- Hixon does shed his skin. However, he only tends to shed it every few months or so. He often complains about much of a pain it is to do so. However, he does enjoy eating the shed afterwards. After all, eating the shed allows him to receive the nutrients it provides.
- You can tell Hixon likes you based on how hard he bites you. If he likes you a lot, the bite he gives are often gentle. If he doesn't like you, well you can guess how hard of a bite it is.
- Hixon is very much a food motivated Dragonborn. The offering of food is enough to keep him calm and focused on the task at hand. He often associates those with food as friends.
