Blair is a rat. His quirk is Rat Control, and has the ability to control a lot of rats at a time. He also has passive traits of rats, having enhanced senses outside of eyesight. Rats are pretty blind, so he has extremely strong contacts and glasses. Blair also has a rat tail.

Blair is a pretty energetic and chaotic person. He's also a bit of a bastard, however he has a caring heart. Chaotic good.
