Miyoshi Ideguchi

Miyoshi was a quiet and diligent child. She always did her best whenever any assignment for preschool would come up. Her parents were pretty relaxed but still expected much from her, in which she delivered.

This all changed when she got her quirk. Insomnia appeared, being a mix between a shadow quirk and a monster quirk with similar qualities.

It all went downhill from there. Learning that she had to stay up restless for her quirk to be powerful, she kept that practice. At the young age of six she pulled her first all nighter. Her parents were devastated by the way her quirk trained. She expressed that she’d want to be a hero when she grew up, which was like most children. That was a dream job for all. Saving people. Her parents obviously supported this but started to become reluctant when her quirk manifested.

She aced her elementary years surprisingly, seeing that she had barely any sleep. She had a healthier schedule back then, getting a maximum 5 hours of sleep. Those were the golden years according to her. Her middle school years were a bit tougher, with more work and what not. But at this point she was already used to not having sleep.

Weirdly enough, she was a star student. She’s quite clever despite not having any sleep to help her focus. Balancing out her lack of sleep she’s still surprisingly smart. If she had a good sleep schedule she would be almost a genius.

When she applied to UA, she mostly got attack points. Swiftly destroying any robot in her path, she easily got 55 attack points. Her rescue points were a bit shallow, only getting 3 from destroying a robot before it hit another person.

She got in!
