A Love Blessed by the Stars- LORE
A very long time ago, perhaps longer than anyone knows or cares to acknowledge, there was a lonely star who drifted aimlessly in the vastness of the night. 
This star looked down upon a nearby planet one night and it saw the scattering of animals amongst it, but there was one in particular that caught its eye; a soft bunny who seemed to be more gentle than the others and incredibly smart. 
The star pined for her and after quite some time lamented that it couldn't be closer to her, and wished with all its being to be with her, unknowingly becoming more mortal and less ethereal with each wish.
It tried and tried, and wished and wished, until finally the star found itself beginning to fall from the sky. 
It was unclear how this was happening but it was happy it might be even just a bit closer to her.  
Each passing moment made the stars joy and anticipation grow into an almost palpable force. 
While it fell, the pull of this force caused several other stars to begin falling down to the earth as well, but while its brethren landed throughout the land it seemed to land itself in the water where the bunny drank, unsure just where its brethren had  landed. 
The pure magic of its dearest wish to be with the bunny turned that water into a form of magic and as she drank she felt drowsiness overcome her, not seeing the now fully humanoid starry prince emerging from the water as she herself changed to be humanoid as well, now bearing the blessing of the stars.
When she awoke in his arms she was quite confused, but all she could do was gaze into the gorgeous starry pools that were the eyes of the beautiful man. 
As he told her his story and how his love for her had led to these events, she couldn’t help but get lost in the purity and depth  of his emotion for her and found herself falling in love with him too. 
She had never been interested in other bunnies, something deep inside her had told her that she should wait. 
No other creature had enraptured her like this, but this man had awoken something deep inside her.
Finally he was able to touch her and they could love each other even if it was just for a small time. 
He was so happy his heartstar glowed through his clothes becoming clear as day through the fabric. 
He kissed her softly but with passion and her body shimmered into stars, bearing patterns just as he. 
He couldn’t be happier as he looked at her, even if this was the only time, he was happy to hold and see her.
It seemed their time wasn't so limited though, as days turned into weeks and neither turned back to what they once were.
The area around them also began to change, the very air gaining the glittering twinkle of stars as the lake’s blessed magic continued changing its surroundings. 
The pool of water was now full of stars and constellations, visible even in the bright light of day. 
They spent many a day and night together, enjoying each other’s company and living a simple life. 
He even built her a house and she in return gave him a home and eventually they laid together and their efforts bore them a child. 
When this child was born though, it made the prince’s heart ache again. 
He missed the stars of his birth terribly and it drove him into a deep melancholy. 
His love hated to see him in such a state, so she told him he could return to the heavens he descended from. 
This brought true joy to him for but a moment before he saw the flaw in her offer. 
While he had been born of the stars and could easily return to them, she was born of the land and as such she could not come with him. 
This saddened him even more as he looked at their newborn son seeing in him the sky he so missed but not wanting to deprive him of a father in his life for who knew how long he would be gone and if this blessing they had would endure their  separation. 
No, he wouldn't do that to them - so instead he stayed and was happy in many ways if empty in others.
Yet he seemed to weaken more and more over the years as his glow grew dimmer and dimmer and a sickness began to take hold of him. He knew he had to leave his maiden and son and return to the sky or he would burn out and fade away like many of the great elder stars he had witnessed suffer such fates. 
With his heart heavy and broken he left his family with many tears, kisses, and love to take back to the stars and feed among the galaxies. 
Once he got there he found himself slowly filled with more and more power, his strength returning. 
Yet he never allowed himself to forget his family, or the promise he made as his son’s broken hearted eyes followed him as he ascended. 
A promise to return and hopefully never leave again. 
This promise caused a new miracle in him. 
He felt a great magic course through him as his heart weeped for his lover and family and screamed this promise to the cosmos, resonating even to the heart of the vast expanse and bringing back with it the  ancient magics that formed all of the cosmos. 
His heart's wish was so strong again that the meteors and debris that littered space began to gather around him before moving towards the planet that was his new home, creating an archipelago of islands high in the sky that would be inhabitable to life where he and his lover could be and he would still be able to draw on the energy of the cosmos to sustain himself.
This would be their true home, he thought as he shot back down to the earth-like planet and retrieved his family to come with him to forge this new land. Yet an ancient voice whispered in his heart to find the others, and so he did. 
He travelled the world to find the other stars that fell with him, all now with their lovers as well. 
It was a  beginning of a bright new future for everyone as they all had starry, shimmering eyes of hope as they looked upon their unique children and the future of their new world.

Like the lore tells GalaxyBabies are the children of stars that fell in  love with animals, making a brand new species known as GalaxyBabies.
GalaxyBabies live in a special land far up in the skies, a place that was created by the wish of the first ever parents of GalaxyBabies.  
Crafted from meteors and space debris, and shaped to be a bastion of  living, this land is known as the Orion Archipelago, or just Orion for short. 
This land is divided into an entire chain of floating islands  much like the Aermerean Isles. 
They have an island full of forests, a small village, a big city, a flowerfield, etc. 
Each sub world does also bear a name too, but this is not common knowledge and is treated as a cultural secret known only to GalaxyBabies and their families. 
New areas are still being formed as needed so it’s an expansive world. The islands are connected through galactic pathways that all GalaxyBabies  can travel across. 
Because of this outsiders don't really live in this world, but GalaxyBabies are also known to live on the planet below. 
Many of them tend to frequent Melody Hills, the star capital of the planet, as well as the meadows around Constellation Lake, where the first stars fell and a spiraling Galaxy Path extends from the center of the lake  leading to the Archipelago. 
There are tales of an island where the Royals live but the island and pathway to it will not appear or open without a special invitation or the magic of a royal family member.
The more stars a GalaxyBaby consumes the more powerful and shimmery it is. In recent years though this practice has become frowned upon by certain groups because of how it kills a star. 
Because of this, GalaxyBabies researched an alternative and were able to come up with a liquid that is able to simulate this process without eating whole systems of stars but the effect isn't as powerful as if you ate the stars themselves. 
While a GalaxyBaby primarily eats stars, they can also eat regular and normal food, sometimes topped with stardust as another effort to get the nutrition they need while still conserving star clusters. The stars they eat, whether natural or artificial, make their eyes and patterns glow and shimmer. 
The diet of a GalaxyBaby also influences their lifespan.
Like the stars they are descended from, a GalaxyBaby can easily live for millions of years if they take proper care of themselves. 
Things like starving themselves of star matter, over using their abilities, or getting too sick or injured can cause them to have shorter lives, though even this is relative to who you ask.
A sickly GalaxyBaby can still live for thousands of years rather than millions. 
GalaxyBabies also possess Star Hearts. 
Their hearts are always a star-like shape (any star-like shape, regardless of the number of points) that glows in the dark if it has been filled or energized recently with a star or galaxy.  
The color of the galaxy in their heart are the same colors as the their Sky Type. 
Galaxy Babies with a seeping Star Heart are cursed or ill.  
There are also blackhole/void Star Hearts which are cursed/corrupt.
GalaxyBabies with an empty hole for a heart, otherwise known as a void heart, can not travel the Paths and are seen as cursed, corrupted or  even ill. 
They have a special island where they are able to live in the darkness. 
They are known for ravaging whole star systems and sometimes have been known to even chomp on meteors to try and appease their voracious appetites and possibly fill the void inside them. 
If a cursed GalaxyBaby steals the galaxy of a Blessed GalaxyBaby and fills their heart with it they can get cured of their corruption and be seen as  "normal."
But at what price? The Blessed will die in the process. This  arcane practice is forbidden and if the one committing it is caught the consequences are dire. 
However since many don’t travel to this accursed isle it's easier to get away with this than one would think if one pulls it off. 
Of course it doesn’t happen except in the rarest of cases,  seeing as it is rather difficult for a Cursed to get at a Blessed, all of whom also have their own protected isle.
GalaxyBabies with Zodiac signs in their hair or on their body are seen  as Blessed and belonging to the royal family. 
The Blessed much like the Cursed have their own isle and it is a paradise, they can also live on the royal isle if they wish. 
These Blessed babies can only be noticed in the dark, as you can only see the star sign or zodiac when they glow, otherwise it’s invisible and they appear to be no different than any other GalaxyBaby. 
Some higher level ones can make them appear at will but this is not common and is very draining. It is also considered a bit vain to force your marks to glow in the light. 
Blessed babies for some reason have a compromised immune system and are more likely to get sick then other GalaxyBabies. 
They are also hunted for their shimmering pure galaxies by the Cursed, to try and cure themselves of their empty hearts.
