Atticus Narang

Atticus may be a walking disaster magnet, but it's not his fault. Mostly. See, he was born cursed with bad luck (think a low-intensity but constant application of Murphy's law) for reasons he has yet to discover. While it only affects him, everyone else still has to deal with the consequences. He never sticks around any one place for long, since he's afraid of the collateral damage that'll inevitably result from staying somewhere long-term. 

He is sensitive, constantly stressed, and prickly. Though he means well and tries his best, he tends to lash out at people, unconsciously hoping to drive them away so they don't get hurt by his curse. He's built up a lot of guilt, and he craves the companionship he doesn't feel he deserves. As a result of the curse, he gets injured rather often, which frustrates him to no end. Although he doesn't often get the opportunity to flex his skills, he's a talented multi-instrumentalist and occasional singer.
