Darcy was given ownership of the Height's estate following his father Fitzwilliam Heights' retirement. He lives there with his sister, Jane, and various servants that tend to the Estate including Braxton Toussaint, with whom he has a secret affair with. He married Lady Constance Averdeen through arrangement and had their heirs, despite his "secret" sexuality.
