A shy and reserved librarian that is a childhood friend of Mabel. They are opposites of each other in many aspects. Oakley is very open and positive around her, though he does stay quiet with anybody else. Most of his time is spend by reading and studying. He eventually plans to return to university and study biology. He has a hidden interest in taxidermy. He is incredibly patient and has the ability to focus extremely well. He can be seen as fairly cowardly and is easily taken advantage of or walked over. He doesn't tend to stand up for himself. Anger is an extremely uncommon emotion for him and he usually manages to keep his cool no matter what situation he is in. His actions are often impulsive however, despite managing to keep his emotions in check, especially in a scary situation. Some of his behaviour may seem odd or nonsensical. He dresses formally, usually goes for natural colours. He does ocassionaly wear accessories like necklaces or scarfs and gloves. He always has his glasses, even tho he mainly needs them just to read.
