Personality

Pandemonium used to be a ruthless cinnadog, a former member of Black  Diamond until unknown circumstances lead him to become a traitor. His  former gang members later hunted him down and cut out his tongue as  punishment for his actions, leaving him to wander alone, going as far as  to abandon his old name to cut ties completely. While Pandemonium is  still a ruthless cinnadog when need be, he's more often than not trying  to stay out of conflict, and thus, stays hidden away in the woods to  avoid anyone or anything. However is still prone to lashing  occasionally, even against trees or innocent victims when he's  particularly depressed or angry.

Background

Pandemonium was a former member of Black Diamond who deserted the gang after he began to realize Maltese was beginning to force his way to the top of the gang. Pandemonium tried to leave discretely, but he was caught by Maltese, and the tyrannical cinnadog cut Pandemonium's tongue out as punishment. After this incident, Pandemonium established his own territory away from other cinnas. He lived like this for years until Pandemonium had a run in with Lorelei, who was running from Monami. While he normally wouldn't have threatened or fought another cinna in his territory for the sake of someone he didn't know, he took the opportunity to fight Monami, wanting revenge on Black Diamond for cutting out his tongue. Lorelei, seeing the fight and begun to bribe him into protecting him due to their mutual hatred of Black Diamond. Eventually, this system lead to Pandemonium becoming somewhat of a friend to Lorelei, and both of them combining their territory to live together.

Character Notes

Pandemonium cannot talk because his tongue was cut out. He instead uses sign language, though he spoke French and English before the incident.
