The prophecied king, Allan was the leader of the rebels from north attempting a coup. However, his side ended up losing and Allan was sent to Nietas: he was far too useful to be executed, but too infamous to stay in Agane. In spite of his reputation, Allan doesn't have many dreams or ambitions of his own - he merely wants to live in peace. He never chose his position, simply just doing what others wanted him to.
