ADDITIONAL INFO - Adrian is the mage/healer of the group; they can draw life energy or tap into their crystals to form nonelemental magic blasts, barriers, and healing pulses
- Both of Adrian's crystals are the same type: Nature. By combining them with their natural magic, they can shift earth and rocks, force and control rapid tropism in plants, and charm/control some animals (or at the very least, communicate with them)
| BIO Adrian is a druid and a shaman with a tremendous fascination of the connection between nature and magic. Through practice, they have managed the ability to sense and utilize life energy, but they seek greater heights in their pursuit of understanding the nature of magic. They're a gentle soul who loves flora and fauna and will fight to protect them. They stay reserved around strangers but show a great deal of empathy to those they've opened up to. They value their companions and friends highly.
They do their best to mask their negative feelings, but they are prone to lashing out against rude people or in stressful situations. While they bear no animosity towards others, they are bothered quite easily by negativity. They do their best to be hopeful, but when their optimism is damaged, their performance greatly diminishes.
PAST Adrian grew up with their parents in a mushroom house in a forest brimming with life energy. Fueled by their natural curiosity, Adrian sought a mentor that would teach them about nature and magic. After becoming acquainted with one and after convincing their parents, Adrian left home and lived under the tutelage of their new master. They learned much about shamanism and discovered and developed their natural ability to channel and harness their own and the surrounding life energy. They discovered a crystal in the woods and their master incorporated it into a staff that Adrian still carries to this day. At age 16, they completed their training under their master and departed for the world outside of the woods.
CURRENT LIFE
Adrian accompanies Lyra and Kumo as an adventurer, traveling the continent and completing quests posted in towns. They seek a way to restore Kumo to his original sky elf form. Despite Adrian arguing against it, it seems their search will, in one way or another, lead them to Vanessa, the one responsible for the corruption of Kumo's crystal and his transformation.
RELATIONSHIPS Lyra || Teammate and crush || Adrian and Lyra share a camaraderie neither had experienced before their meeting. Despite the latter's background, attitude, and kleptomaniac behavior, Adrian holds a great deal of respect for Lyra, admiring her resourcefulness, athletics, and confidence. Adrian is grateful to travel with Lyra, and the two form a strong pair.
| Kumo || Pet?? || Adrian cares about Kumo a considerable amount, but sometimes struggles to look past the fact that Kumo was originally a sapient person and not just a magical creature. They still do their best to treat Kumo as an equal, despite Kumo's insistence that he's better than them.
