Hansel

Personality

Hansel is an incredibly hateful and isolated individual. He was raised to uphold very traditional beliefs that are now regarded as sexist, homophobic, and transphobic. With the world changing so rapidly, Hansel is uncomfortable and frustrated; he refuses to accept what he was taught to look down on, and is left feeling pretty miserable as a result.

Inwardly, Hansel is terrified. He's afraid of change and what could result from it, he's afraid of a future that he cannot foresee, and he's afraid of betraying his family, beliefs, and most of all, himself.

Hansel generally avoids other people as a whole, and is hostile and quick to throw insults when forced to interact.

Extra

-He has a slight lisp.

-He's aware of his sexuality, but will deny being anything other than straight if it comes down to it. He has isolated himself in part to avoid his sexuality being brought out into the open.

-He uses insults to mask his discomfort and fear.

-The guy hasn't been touched in years, and I'm just referring to hugs. He's never had a first kiss and he's certainly never gotten down and dirty with anyone.

-He's uncomfortable with nudity, especially his own.

-He is very much deprived and lonely, though he will never acknowledge or do anything to change this.
