Machi

You might think, that this kitsune is nobel and very elegant. Yes, she seems elegant. But deep down, she's a playful being who loves to play silly games with the foxes on the shrine or play pranks on visitors of the shrine! It's never something harmful, but she loves herself some harmless, cute pranks.

She also believes a lot in her god and is very loyal to her mutuals and friends. you can ask her literally anything and she will try her best to do it. She would never betray her friends and loves to solve complicated problems and riddles for them. She also gives them advice in a very complicated riddle form, but it turns out this advice is just playful nonesense.

Even though Machi loves to help everyone in Neko Tokyo, she doesn't like Fuku's supporters that much. She will help them nonetheless, except they're in the "Happiness and Luck Community", a cult completely revolving around this chaotic Neko Goddess. Machi can't understand that people support this narcissistic, stupid god, especially because the god of Kitsune rants a lot about them. And the cult... it somehow leaves a bitter taste on Machi. She knows something is wrong with this cult.

And this Kitsune never thinks before speaking. She often speaks her mind, especially to her mutuals and friends. And she's reckless and doesn't notice other beings can feel pain. Yes, Machi can't feel pain. And she doesn't get it that others can feel pain.

Her hobbies include keeping the shrine clean, guarding others, Pranks, reading the old scriptures hidden in the shrine as well as Howling.

  Machi is a Kitsune, which can't feel pain, living in the shrine forest near Neko Tokyo. She's a being who supports the Kitsune God, who created the Kitsune and is way less chaotic evil then his counterpart Fuku, who loves to mess with their people. Machi is loyal to nature and her shrine and rarely leaves the forest and the shrine alone. Except at night, when she roams through the streets of Neko Tokyo to guard the citizens leading evil spirits away.

  She is a living urban legend, since not many people have seen or spoken to her yet. Many believe she was a kitsune, who got lost in the forest since she wanted to get her pet fox back and the Kitsune God granted her a new life as his medium. Others believe she was created by the god himself so he wasn't so lonely. Either way, the legend has always one true point: Machi goes through Neko Tokyo in New Moon and special nights to lead the dark spirits away from the people.
